Online Qigong: Moving in Stillness

Qigong is a gentle and relaxing form of exercise that translates to "cultivation of energy". The slow, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, promote weight loss, and increase vitality. Qigong has four main components: movement, breathing, meditation, and self-massage.

Scientific studies have been conducted for almost every chronic condition, with positive results. These include: high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue. Qigong can improve lung and heart function, immune function, bone mass, and decrease senility.

The goals of qigong are: relaxation, vitality, longevity, healing, and spiritual growth.

Our online community meets every Monday from 6-7 PM EST.  Please contact Ashley to enjoy your FIRST CLASS FREE. Following each class, a link to the recorded session is available for 7 days. You can practice as often as desired, or catch up if you missed a live class.

You can "drop-in" to a class any time for $10. When you're ready to commit to regular qigong practice, classes are available at a discounted price of $75 for ten consecutive weeks. Please note that this is non-refundable.

The program only requires high-speed internet (DSL, cable, devices with 3G/4G). Technical support is available.
