Online Meditation: Resting in Oneness

The Virtual Meditation class is designed for beginners and advanced participants alike who share the goal of finding inner peace, stillness, and connection to all of life. The format is unique because it integrates ancients texts that are recited as a group and later discussed in detail. This added component will deepen the experience through understanding tools to overcome the mind, which allows for a more meditative existence outside of class. We also use movement to align body, mind, and breath, which creates the ideal state to enter sitting meditation. And it is all done from the comfort of your own home!

A sample structure includes: 10 minutes of gentle warm-up movement (qigong, pilates, yoga, etc.), 10 minutes of quiet sitting with readings, 5 minutes of gentle movement, 10-15 minutes of quiet sitting, group discussion. Anyone can learn to relax in this user-friendly class!

Our online community meets every Wednesday from 10-10:45AM EST.  Please contact Ashley to enjoy your FIRST CLASS FREE. Following each class, a link to the recorded session is available for 7 days. You can practice as often as desired, or catch up if you missed a live class.

You can "drop-in" to a class any time for $10. When you're ready to commit to regular qigong practice, classes are available at a discounted price of $60 for ten consecutive weeks. Please note that this is non-refundable.

The program only requires high-speed internet (DSL, cable, devices with 3G/4G). Technical support is available.
