After struggling with serious health issues that were not alleviated by conventional medicine, I found myself consulting with a homeopath. Having my health restored naturally, I decided to devote my professional life to this field. Although I specialize in homeopathic remedies, I have studied several other fields extensively because no one option alone can restore health. While studying homeopathy, I began incorporating other natural health measures and therapeutic exercise, such as qigong, into my overall system. From there, I embarked on my personal training studies because I saw that a science-based approach to correcting the body’s joint and injury issues was lacking. The final piece came from continued and fervent spiritual studies, from which I derive recommendations to help clients heal the soul. And thus, Pagoda Wellness was formed. It is my goal to bring my educational and professional experiences together to incorporate all of these factors: homeopathic and natural health education, fitness for all needs, and spiritual guidance to help you find your own wellness solutions.
