Pagoda Wellness aims to be your complete source of wellness solutions for living a healthy, happy, and productive life. Here at Pagoda Wellness, we focus on an integrative wellness approach that takes a comprehensive look at the many different elements that define who you are and how you live and develops a plan that works for and with you. We will not only focus on problems that you may be having, but rather take a close look at all of the different components needed to achieve wellness. Pagoda Wellness offers services focused on lifestyle choices, basic diet, nutrition philosophy, personal fitness, therapeutic exercise, and meditation. We believe that alternative options can and should be rooted in science and long-standing clinical experience. Integrative wellness through Pagoda Wellness combines all of the necessary pieces to help you facilitate and maintain your total health.

About Ashley

Ashley Davidock (née Welikonich) is a wellness consultant and NASM-certified personal trainer, who owns and operates Pagoda Wellness. She has studied natural health and fitness for over a decade and provides education on extensive wellness topics. Ashley holds a diploma and certificate in homeopathy from the Lotus Health Institute, as well as undergraduate degrees in biology and anthropology. In 2009, Ashley completed her internship under Dr. Robin Murphy, one of the world's premier homeopathic practitioners. Ashley holds her Personal Training, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Integrated Balance Training, and Optimum Performance Training for Seniors certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Mind Body Specialist certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also completed the Qigong and Daoist Training Center's Qigong Certification program, instructed by Shifu Michael Rinaldini, as well as MSROM (Muscular Strength and Range of Movement) and SilverSplash programs through SilverSneakers.

Ashley served as an Adjunct Faculty Professor at Alvernia University and taught at Penn State University for 5 years. She is currently an instructor through W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training Schools), teaching personal training certification courses on the college level and offering colleague and alumni webinars online. Ashley served as the Director of Older Adult Programs at Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex in Wyomissing, overseeing membership and programming for over two thousand local Seniors. She also completed a 2-year course in Faith Formation through Fordham University and a 4-year course on Chinese theory and meditation.
